Welcome to InnerChart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InnerChart's personality assessment platform, including our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

InnerChart provides personality assessments based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological types, combined with other established psychological frameworks including the Big Five (OCEAN), Enneagram, Love Languages, and Attachment Styles.

3. Intellectual Property

Our personality assessment is based on Carl Jung's psychological type theory (published 1921, public domain). The 4-letter personality type system and the concepts of Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perceiving are derived from Jung's work.

All content, features, and functionality of the InnerChart Service (including but not limited to our original questions, scoring algorithms, result presentations, and visual designs) are owned by Rapid Dot Expert SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

5.5 Refund Policy (EU Consumer Rights)

For customers outside the EU, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or commercialize any part of the Service

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of assessment results. Results should be used as a starting point for self-reflection, not as definitive truth.

8.3 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPID DOT EXPERT SRL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Decisions made based on assessment results
• Interruption or termination of service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Dot Expert SRL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Behavior that harms other users or the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Sending you an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us at support@innerchart.com to resolve the dispute informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation
3. Arbitration or Court: If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania

EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rapid Dot Expert SRL regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
